Spas and plunge pools
A spa or plunge pool needs far less heat than a full pool. The ThermoPlus range starts at 5.6 kW, which suits small pools and spas well.
DuoHeat
A DuoHeat unit warms your floors through winter and your pool through summer. One machine covers both, because the two jobs fall in different seasons.
How it works
In winter the heat pump sends warm water through the pipes in your floor slab. In summer it heats the pool instead.

Questions
It does both across the year rather than both flat out at once. The floors are the winter job and the pool the summer one, and the controls decide which gets priority.
The 'Ub' models have a buffer tank and circulation pump built in, so there is less to plumb and less space needed. The 'U' models leave those to be fitted separately.
